"Top-notch service"
We purchased a dining table and chairs from the Derby location of Lee Longlands, where we received outstanding service. Before delivery, we got a courtesy call, and then Leo and Tony put the table together and set up the furniture exactly where we wanted it. They were super professional and polite. Overall, it was excellent service from beginning to end, and I would surely recommend this company.

"Awesome service and top-notch furniture"
According to the email I received, the delivery drivers called to inform me of the arrival time. They carried the furniture upstairs and set it up in the room I requested. I'm really pleased with the quality of the pieces.

"Awesome Sofa Buy"
Our experience with buying the new sofas was amazing from beginning to end. There were no aggressive sales pitches in the store that turned us off like other places, plus they had a fantastic selection of sofas. We received updates on our order all along the way, and the sofas arrived earlier than we thought they would. The delivery crew, Dom, Rich, and Connor, did a really smooth and professional job. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re more than happy to give a strong recommendation. We’ll definitely be back for more.

"Awesome delivery crew and sales staff."
The sales lady was really nice and super helpful. The delivery guys - Dom, Rich, and Connor were fantastic, friendly, and did a great job setting up my rug. I'd totally suggest them to anyone.

"Thrilled with the product and shopping experience"
This is a really reliable company to purchase from. The prices, especially during sales, are fair, and the quality is pretty impressive, definitely a notch above Furniture Village, Sofology, and the like. The only downside is that delivery can be a bit pricey since it usually comes from Birmingham, but the delivery crew is top-notch—super polite, friendly, and professional. No complaints here.

I really appreciated how they kept me in the loop about when my order would arrive. Alan and Rich Conner did a great job delivering the items and even helped me move some furniture back into place after the delivery. Overall, the process of selecting the furniture and getting it delivered was smooth and professional.

This is a quality item, and the delivery was right on schedule. I got an update on the morning it arrived. The staff were super friendly and professional. Tom and Dominic were especially helpful.
